Rotary WHIS-RAD Project

GETTING STARTED
• Sponsor Rotary club or clubs team up with beneficiary Rotary club in third world countries to install, train personnel and maintain WHIS-RAD system. The Rotary web site www.rotarywhis-rad.org, provides a registry of partnership contacts.
• Site designated by Beneficiary club is evaluated to assure adequate capability and support.
• Necessary funding to acquire WHIS-RAD unit is raised through fund drives, outside sponsors and the Sponsor/Beneficiary partnership.
• Matching funds are solicited from District and Rotary International.
• Request for Proposal (RFP) is submitted to WHIS-RAD vendors.
• Unit acquired and installed.
• Sponsor/Beneficiary partnership monitors installation and provide assistance as needed.
